Fitzpatrick Castle Hotel

Good location and view from our balcony was lovely over Dublin Bay

The room was comfortable with a large double/kingsize bed. The bathroom was well equipped and clean. We had breakfast in the hotel as well, which was nice and there was a good choice of food on offer. we didn't get to use the pool or spa facilities but I'm sure they were very good as well! We had a rather disappointing incident in the bar in the evening but this was sorted out the following day by way of a refund, which we really appreciated. We would stay here again as the hotel was close to many amenities.

Staff were very good, polite and helpful, hotel has an old feel to it but nicely done, food in the Dungeon was very good and again staff nice. I had to work so went into the lobby area, the sandwiches and other option looked amazing, had I not had the breakfast I would definitely have tucked in. Would stay here again and will recommend it to others.

Breakfast was amazing, there was so much choice, it was delicious, it set us up for the day. We also had dinner at the hotel on Friday and Sunday, the menu had a good selection to choose from, it was delicious and of a high standard. Staff were so attentive.

From the moment we arrived we were made extremely welcome by all staff, our room was upgraded to a suite which was absolutely beautiful the hotel facilities met all our needs , we ate in the Mapas restaurant on our second night to say the food and service was excellent is an understatement, breakfast room was bright and very relaxing, once again staff couldn't do enough for us food was delicious also . I would recommend Fitzpatricks for that few days rest and relaxation and we will definitely be back for another fantastic stay.
